Product Description

Col di Sasso, which translates to “Stony Hill,” is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes cultivated in hillside vineyards in the southern part of Tuscany. e Cabernet imparts bold avor and body, while the Sangiovese adds zesty fruit and structure.
A relatively brief maceration (6-8 days) at 75-77 ̊F allows for good color extraction while maintaining aromatic freshness and tannic structure. Col di Sasso is a youthful red to be enjoyed with pizza, pasta, grilled meat and poultry.
